1. Subject

LM Global provides services for selling air transport and related services. It sells its own charter flights between Russia and Cuba and, for other airlines, trains, Aeroexpress and insurance, acts as an agent on behalf of the airline or supplier through the MyAgent platform. The carrier or supplier named in each order provides the transport or service itself.

2. Acceptance

The offer is accepted by ticking the relevant box and paying for the order. From that moment a contract is concluded on the terms of this document and the fare rules shown before payment.

3. Price and payment

The final price, including taxes and fees, is shown before you pay. Passenger details must match the travel document; you are responsible for their accuracy.

4. Responsibilities

• The carrier or supplier is responsible for providing the service under its rules and applicable law.
• LM Global is responsible for processing your order correctly as seller or agent.
• The passenger is responsible for holding valid travel documents, visas and health requirements.

5. Changes and refunds

Changes and refunds follow the fare rules of each ticket or service, shown before purchase. Penalties may apply and not every fare is refundable.
