• Travel document details (type, number and validity).
• Phone number and email address.

3. Purposes

• Booking, paying for and issuing the tickets and services you buy (flights, trains, Aeroexpress, insurance).
• Supporting you before, during and after your trip: changes, refunds, notices and incidents.
• Meeting our legal and accounting obligations.

4. Operations and duration

Collection, recording, organisation, storage, clarification, use, transfer, blocking and deletion, with or without automated means. Data is kept as long as needed for the purposes above and for any period required by law.

5. Transfers to third parties and abroad

LM Global sells its own charter flights between Russia and Cuba and acts as an agent when selling tickets and services of other airlines and suppliers, including through the MyAgent platform. To fulfil your order, your data is passed to the airline or supplier providing the service, to the MyAgent platform and to suppliers in Cuba, which may mean transfer to countries whose level of protection differs from that of your country of residence.

6. Withdrawing consent

You may withdraw this consent at any time by writing to soporte@lmglobal.ru. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out, and may prevent LM Global from continuing to provide the services you purchased.
