Personal data processing policy

This policy explains how ООО "ЛМ ГЛОБАЛ" (LM Global; INN 5003163130, OGRN 1245000056168, 142713, Московская область, г.о. Ленинский, пгт. Мисайлово, мкр. "Пригород Лесное", Литературный б-р, д. 4, кв. 367) processes personal data, in line with Article 18.1 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data".

1. Principles

• Lawful and fair processing, limited to specific and legitimate purposes.
• Only the data needed for those purposes is collected.
• Data is kept accurate and retained only as long as necessary.

2. Purposes and data

We process identification and contact data of passengers and buyers (name, date of birth, sex, citizenship, travel document, phone and email) to book and issue tickets and services, support customers and meet legal obligations. If you allow it, also to send you advertising messages.

3. Recipients

LM Global sells its own charter flights between Russia and Cuba and acts as an agent for other airlines and suppliers through MyAgent. For that reason data is disclosed to the airlines and suppliers providing the service, to MyAgent and to suppliers in Cuba, including outside your country of residence. We do not sell your data.

4. Your rights

You may request access to your data, its correction, blocking or deletion, and withdraw your consents, by writing to soporte@lmglobal.ru. You may also complain to the supervisory authority (Roskomnadzor).

5. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures, such as restricted access, encrypted connections and limited retention, to protect data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.

Any change to this policy will be published here, with its version.
